This is part two of my Spring trends to watch. This one my fashionistas will knock your pants of-literally! I don't think I'll be rockin' this trend next year. I have a feeling that Lady GaGa had something to do with this hideous trend. Designers such as Alexander Wang, Marc Jacobs and Prada have reinvented the short shorts. Me no likey. Let us know your thoughts: Ultra Haute or Ultra Not??
